I you are anything like me, You are nerdy, geeky, socially awkward, and a bit weird; But you're proud of it! TV and movies only depict one kind of nerdy character- the Steve Urkel/ Sheldon Cooper kind. He has weird interests, can't talk to girls, is way too smart for the people around him, You know the kind. But in reality, Nerdyness comes in all different shapes and sizes- Goths, for instance, are just nerds wearing black. Metalheads are also nerds, try asking one of them to join you for a D&D session and watch their eyes light up.

You also have the creative nerds, who fill their notebooks with insanely intricate and beautiful artwork. The music nerds, who can tell you what notes were played when a car screeches outside. Also, I would argue, and this might ruffle some feathers, That jocks are just sports nerds. they even like to cosplay as their favorite team and they can tell you who won a specific game from 30 years ago. If that's not nerdy, I don't know what is.
